Remove the reputations

It is pointless and not really needed it doesn't help new people on the site to see who's a good person and what not..

And please if you are going to vote then give a point as in to why or your post will be as if it is not there and considered spam.
I don't care if you are a mod either follow the rules of the site and do not spam.. Thanks.

I think it is pointless because the rep doesn't mean anything no one looks or really cares about it. i mean it is fun when you first get to know people but it takes more than someone clicking your rep to make you a good person worth the rep.
If you can remove the rep you give someone then it's even more pointless because you could be good friends with someone or be close on the forum rep them, then be like "Oh i dont agree with you, you don't deserve this"

I say keep it, but I have a suggestion for it as opposed to what it currently is.

Instead of having text citing the reason, perhaps we just should have like a demographic, with like

A.Trading B. Following Rules. C. Being Respectful D. Whatever else

Like every 10 + to that category will give one bar. Probably also make Tram's job in finding new mods a lil' easier too kekeke j/k

And, just so you guys know the Site Bugs/Suggestions rule state that you need to post a little more than yes this is bad, or no this is good, you need to cite examples, and give some measure of good reason even in replies. Because when you reply to a suggestion, you yourself are also making a suggestion, hence the rule applies to you too.

Imo it's a great thing to have a good reputation. It's another thing to know WHY a person has a good reputation.

Like 2 years ago, I didn't know nething about who Jessmop was. He has the highest Rep number on the site atm that I know of. But if you ask me, it's helpful for newer members to know why someone is respected/trusted.

Granted the rep system we have has a few flaws, but I think it's a nice feature. Sets the site apart from others, and adds even more appeal to this already great site.
