Squire ~XXXXXXXXXXXXX~ has been slain when he encountered a Huge Rat in the Abandoned Castle....
I almost didn't lose any exp (i don't think i lost any....) and I found 500 gold several times + the friggin' rats gave NOIZE exp. I didn't reach the exit though (and you can't leave through the entrance....) this time.. Last time I tried I reached the exit and fought some dude with 300 life. Obviously, I died, buut.... I mean, it was def worth it.
I'm going to go in there again when the next day comes...... suicide, but meh.
got me to level 3 + blue exp to almost go truant AND level 8 armor... All in ONE game day (technically 2 cause I died, but y'know.. between 2 game days - 1 game day.

Yeah, I thought a Angry Spectre with 455 hp. I gave it a mega power move for 300dmg, but I ended up dying and it ended up having about 40hp ish, I can't imagine the exp I would get....

I'm def trying it out again next time... even though it's friggin dull.. if you die and DONT LOSE EXP it's a free new day as well ^^^^ only downside is you gotta revive that friggin' useless warrior >_>

I did one today and it was all north 12 turns I think it was.
edit: God Moogle made it out of the Abandoned Castle alive! In 12 moves!
btw thanks for the tip. I'll be going there every time I have no turns left hehe

just so you kow the monster you icounter there are roughtly 1.5 times your hp and att/def... I recall rina talking about it...it was the only place she could die after hacking her charater  and if her 35k hit point chick could die...anybody can

all the monsters got like 8.5 health etc... they are quite easy, honestly.
And as I said: Apperantly there's no exp loss when you die in there - so basically, it's a free new day....

yeah the monsters have like 20hp, easy 400-800exp, the only problem is the angry spectre with 455 hp |
the other problem is: I think you got limited turns... cause when I've been in there for a bit too long I tend to just.. die..
and a monster with 440+ HP is obviously quite easy. Thieving Skills -> Backstab -> win.

yeah that's true, though i never have the backstab ready when i go into the castle 
I can guess that with poison dagger you might have a chance as well, or if you have 2 times vodoo then you will pawn him easily(dark arts)

with your 49 points in dark arts it'd be: wither soul -> voodoo -> voodoo -> voodoo and you'd get it flawless.
iirc wither soul makes the opponent incapable of attacking you for like 5 turns.
backstab buffs up your def AND your attack + if you got enough points you can use poison blade AND backstab....

I don't go to abandoned castle with my farmer though, I'd probably kill the spectre without spells anyways, since i got over 100attack, and about 90defence..
The voodoo is good for farming, cause i kill em in one hit(does about 220dmg)
