Instead of having your gold "Locked" just like d2jsp has
maybe changing the text into an image something like this
Example:
Now - Gold: Locked
After - Gold: 
Or
After - Locked
Also could put "Locked - This User Doesn't Have Gold Access" as text when you put cursor over the locked image

The reason I kept the gold Lock with a white background is to see the different if it is easier to see on darker color boards/backgrounds
as when as the silver one with transparency
I have enhanced the gold one for a little more "shinyness"
If you go to "settings"> custom board colors and use "red prime" come look at the 2 different locks, this will give you an idea what I am talking about
