I was talking about doing this in the donor forum where there arnt any randoms, and only folks that are committed to the site |
lol thares still randoms in the donor forums, even tho you donate you can still be a random

just let anyone create a poll, on who we should think should become a mod, and we vote.. Perhaps based on that Tram may/may not chose someone to join the MOD team.. huh?

Why do you think it's useless? It would be good to have another mod or 2, I mean Jess/Happy/Blue can't be on 24/7 plus they are all living in North America, which means that they probably won't be on at 4-7 AM EST for example

Yeah I know, but wouldn't it be decent if we @ least had some sort of say in this matter? I mean so we can show our thoughts on who deserves the tag, ofc Tram knows very well who is capable of doing this and that.. But at least we could be somewhat a part of it

Feel free to make a public poll on who would make good additions to the mod team, it cant hurt to do so.
As for mods being elected, ultimately the decisons are made by the current STAFF TEAM and Tramway. We have a private section that only staff can view in which stuff like this is discussed.

Completely understand that.
And it could be fun and give us a better understanding on how people feel about people..
But I completely trust the staff and tram to make great decisions on who becomes staff/mods
