add the ablitiy to upload files to the clan forums

the suggestion is

1. add the ablity for ( clan members of rank 7 and higher ) to upload files to there clan section
2. make it so only members of the clan of x rank or higher can download it ( hopefully this could be made ajustable )

that way a few things could be shared amoung clan members

I don't think this is a good idea..
If it is important enough for your clan mates to download or for you to post it go to a file hosting website then post the link in a thread..
