i have found the best non combat method to transfer money is the d stone method. then again you have to be a member to do this but i have found it to be the best results.

1.K the way d stones works is the guy receiving the stones aka money has to buy a ton of fire runes., as many as are going to be needed for the trade.
2.then he to goes and sells those runes to the mage guy for tokul.
3.then the guy selling the stones goes to the gem trader and sells the stones.
4.then the person buying the stones with all the tokul then buys them from the gem trader.
the more stones you sell to the gem trader the greater your profit will be, Because like a general store if there are 20 items in they cost less than if there were 1 item in.
there is some money lost in this it isnt exact money exchange but it is the best non combat way that i have found for trading.
