I have tried to convert TV episodes from a DVD to a smaller file to use on a PSP tried mpeg4 and it only showed first 5 minutes instead of full 22minute episodes

I want to convert a lot of futurama and family guy to mpeg4 but don't understand the concept of how to cut scenes and paste them so they are all one, now I can download them off the internet and file sharing programs but how did they become one?

I am offering fg for someone to convert my TV shows to mpeg4 to watch on PSP derisive

any takers?

cut scenes? this is what I use with a tutorial to go with it. http://www.maximumpc.com/article/features/rip_dvds_playback_your_iphone_psp_xbox_360_ps3_appletv_or_any_h264enabled_player It makes it very easy and gives you one file, it even does batch conversions.
