Pinko the bulgarian ~~gay~~ pimp was accused of scamming by PokerstarZ.
Altrough Pokerstarz only provided some evidence , Pinko got Locked and scammer tagged.

Not so pink now pinko hey ? Will this be the end of gay smileys in shoutbox? who knows.

On other hand pinko claims not guilty while his best friend darkarmy didint even try to defend pinko.
Blueballs the moderator is not happy with this and thinks not enough proof provided.

Fletchboy123 GOT WARNED AGAIN! altrough fletchboy thinks that the reason is not good, Happyguy44 got other thoughts. fletchboy will have to carry his 10% warn for another 30days!

I think this would be some what of a pointless post. I don't know if pinko did scam but if he did, that would be terrible, if you couldn't trust your own staff to be on task of preventing scams, but doing the scamming.

what will happen is
pinko will host the server till hes banned
after that ur all screwed since u wasted fg in there

b)
pinko will get banned , make his own forum and all who want to play d3 private server
will go to that forum.

c)
pinko somehow will provide proof that he did not scam
and everything will be ok

fate will decide

Hmm I dunno, I personally always trusted Pinko, never really had any problems with him or anything, if the d3jsp server goes down after he leaves I won't care that much about the fg I mean but about the game cuz it's fun for me atm
