nothing like heros 3

on other hand even if it was
its none of your buisness
maybe they bought copyright from heros ?

even if they did not
tramway couldnt do anything about it
except upgrade so there would be no adds at all

But, logic didnt say Heros 3... There is acctuarly a game called Might And Magic III Isles of Terra, about that game a cannot tell... But screenshots tells me no.

I don't see anything about scamming, They may or may not have used the images with or without consent but that would be a copyright issue that would have to deal with
