First of all: I have a ton of suggestions, but I am not about to post em before I've thought carefully about them and figured out exactly how they should look. So just for starters, here's a really simple one:

Enable emotes in the shoutbox! Which means: You type /me and it will take away the ":" making the "shouts" emotable. Like:

Giantbob: What a lovely day today! <- without emoting
"Giantbob /me stretches his legs as he enjoys the wonderful weather outside" which then turns into: "Giantbob stretches his legs as he enjoys the wonderful weather outside".

Maybe a specific color could be added to these posts as well? And possibly, just possibly, you could right click on a user in the shoutbox and choose between like 5 things you could do. Like:
Kiss
Slap
Hug
Shoot

Where they all have app 3 seperate messages to balance things. It should be fairly simple like:
"Seer rushes over and places a firm kiss on Giantbob's lips" and so on and on. I, obviously, volounteer to create all these messages (i have a wild imagination, so it shan't be a problem for me!). But! Let me hear what ya'll think!
