if so how much you bench :O

max i can do is 165 kg

Idk kg I bench but I can bench 205lbs.

That's my max at the moment. I weigh 220lbs, so I need to keep going to reach my weight and higher.

yea idk about kgs but im at max 220 i am 220lb so..but its still not that much
i work out 2 days a week
start with bench
start at 165 and go up then back down
then dungball raises with 80lb weights in each hand
then shoulders
then legs
then arms

I am not sure how much I can bench but I can deadlift twice my weight and I weigh 220

I can bench about 280 and I can lift about 640 I can leg press about 800
