I agree with this. (But only for off site links. If it does it for on site links people will eventually stop reading it and just get into the habit of clicking OK.)

I like the idea but it would be easier to put into "bad words" of known sites that have or have not been tried here and when a user posts it, the links change to d3jsp.org instead of outside links
