Personally i think http://www.tip.it/runescape/ is more user friendly, i don't know so much anymore, they remade runehq since i plays as most..

Alsol, theres http://www.zybez.net/ ,they have good players guides and stuff.. Zybez alsol used to have good marked price database, more excate then runehq altho now theres grand exchange and Runescapes own market price database all that..

And, not to be too much off topic, i'd like to say that this "secret way" is not only restricted too noobs happy
