Here are a lot of good ideas, imo just add some of them its lol to warn users, cuz they dont care about it.

There is a user warn system so I can only think that this is a reply to

"I see people take the warn giving them to to easily, "hey it just warn it does nothing until highest percent" blah blah blah
I believe we need to enable some kind of useful reduction as a punishment. What does a user use the most.
example to enforce that warn to do a damn have it like something this:
2x = sig/ava/profile "maybe" rights removed
4x = removing posting rights (must be approved by a mod in selected forums say trading for example)
6x = 2 week suspension from d3jsp
8x = 1 month suspension from d3jsp
10x = Banned either for good, or for a long time to think about what occured, and what actions could have been taken
something in that general area to better the site and enforce the rules.

I think the warning system DOES need to be more enforced and the removal of rights should occur sooner then they currently do.
The warns get piled up and the fg gets abussed.
I dont feel it is fair that people get to get fg for spamming since I work hard for my fg and I also do feel we need to add a lil more to the enforcements on all aspects of the forum rules.

The reason I said warn system is if Han (tramway) were to code something into the warn system to automatically take out these features as a punishment it would technically be called a "system"

| I agree, I think a small slap on the hand vs kicking them off for a time would be better. you dont want to loose good people for mistakes and I think that people can learn from small punishment. if they dont after that then do what you have to do |
