Okay so heres what happened..

Someone got onto my account (an old friend from d2jsp i beleive)

He scammed this kid 13eta like 2800fg....

After long talking with meds on how i dont even deserve this tag etc, i decide I WILL PAY BACK the kid that got scammed, because i understand this account is my responsability.

So I sent 13eta the fg, plus an extra 200 for the issues.

I notify Happyguy about 2 days later wondering if 13eta ever contacted him because my tag was still there..

Nothing.

Its now been 3 days after that (or 4, idk and idc) and 13eta has said nothing.

So yesterday I got banned on jsp, its either due to multiing (most likely) or selling fg. Either way i cannot show happy guy i sent the fg... i never thought I would have needed to thinking 13eta wouldnt be a fucking asshole and now turn the scam around on ME..

Okay first off, i have never attempted to scam anyone on this site and I have never scammed anyone.

I have done numerous ammount of fg and jsp acct trades.

So I am making this thread to get some vouches that I am not a scammer. Admins can IP check me, i have never multi'd before, nor do I want to. I like this account and I likes the rep I had with it. And now thats ruined.

Who have I traded with, and who thinks i dont deserve this tag?

Firstly, you've done the right thing in creating this topic.
Secondly, you're in a lot of shit bro.

I'm currently not able to check out profiles on d2jsp, but I'll get to that asap so I can fullly understand this. Yet, this is as vague as any other d2jsp-d3jsp trade we got going on. There's a lack of proof in every one of them and all the staff got to do is to "believe" in the one that sounds most reasonable. However, I'm sure that whoever locked you had a good reason.

What you can do, if this shit doesn't work out properly (I'll be a good guy and have a word with happyguy, k?), is to ask for a second chance. Do this properly (in the same manner that you made this thread) and without begging. If tram deems you worthy, you might get a second chance - but that means you will be banned if you make any further mistakes (or so I would think).
I'm sorry you're in this shitstorm of a situation, bro, but bear in mind - it's always incredibly hard to believe that you had another guy on your d3jsp account. Course, now you've said it and you can't change your story, but still... It's not the best of stories - and, as I said, it is definetely a story that seems unlikely as shit.

I know, this situation sucks.. and the reason he had my jsp is cuz i use the same password for my WoW account and we used to share eachothers accounts. Good thing I changed the wow acct password before that got jacked ^^

I know it also sucks that most of this situation is based on belief. That makes it so much worse lol, i guess its not as bad cuz I had a pretty good rep going on trading fg and d2jsp accounts and such.

But anyways, any other opinions? smile

2 things

1. you should of ether contacted a member of staff here that you when you were paying it back FIRST or at least contacted the other user FIRST

2. you keep saying youve never fucked anyone and youve never used icq

yet in those pms in the s/a thread it is clearly shown that you in fact did say you use icq via a pm ( we checked its real )
