You can give positive rep why not add negative rep for bmers or so. So I'm asking why not have a derep right under rep?

It was already he before, it just got removed. Probably won't be back briggrin

It used to be thumbs up and thumbs down, and you could rep every 24 hours but it got a little crazy.
