What one band have you heard that just completely threw your world upside down and has shown you the truth?

as most i cannot site just one band but there are two i consider as life changing:
First:
Metallica- The gods of all metal (of course sabbath created the genre in a way), this band's driving beats with killer guitar licks are awesome but the part anyone should listen to most is the lyrics, they are very powerful and very relevant.
Best Album:
.... and justice for all

Second:
Led Zeppelin - In my opinion, Their music is so very perfect in every way that just listening to it gives you an inter peace. Between bonhams amazing stamina and mastery of time. and plant's use of his voice to lull god in a false sense of security before jimmy page comes out and with his amazing licks and awesome leads just explodeds your mind.
