Clean cookies/Cache/Browsing history/temp folder on your pc
get working 5 sock proxy or elite 4 sock one, they are slower then web proxy and can piss you off

other way is to get Proxy Program that basically find and installs proxy for you
its more complicated though

you can google the how to and other info

I've tried finding 5 sock proxy's and they were all either way too slow (3 minutes to load a page) or they got me banned.

If you want to explain more you can make 10$.
