Yes to aliens existing. But no to faster than light space travel that would enable them to visit the earth and go back home with impunity, near light speed space travel may be possible, but lightspeed or faster than lightspeed is just ludicrous.

In the entire universe, surely there is at least 1 other planet with similar conditions to earth that is capable of supporting life. |
