ISO: Help

So I am currently level 5, figuring most stuff out on my own. Learned the hard way to bank my gold OFTEN... anyways, I keep finding runes, what is the purpose of them? I have been unable to find out where they are stored (backpack?) and also can not find out what to do with them. My guess for now is they do nothing?

Also, is there any use for gems other than the traders or jewelers?

I know I probably wont get exact answers, but if someone felt like PM'ing me some tips, that would be sweet ass.

ok, also, wtf is the difference between:

Looking for something to kill (at or above my level)
Go Slumming (below or at my level)
Go Thrill-seeking (wtf? monsters/shit at random)

you must travel and find for yourself, dont be afraid of exploring the game, theres nothing you can regreat about because nothing is gonna happen to your character, you can get some rewards from your runes like life, attack or defense (this buffs will disappear after you kill the dragon), or money and gems, you can hold 24 runes, gems are as useful as money, you will notice that farming gems is really needed for the future.

the diference is:
Looking for something to kill (high percent to find monsters at your level (normal experience, normal battle) , low percent to find lower or higher)
Go Slumming (high percent to find monsters below your level (low experience, easy battle) , low percent for the others)
Go Thrill-seeking (high percent to find monsters above your level (high experience, hard battle), low percent for the others)

if you kill a monster below your level and you get a flawless fight you wont get an extra forest fight (turn)

be patience, and you will find alot of fun in this game + a lot of fg with the fg <-> gold exchange system ;D
