How many are functional ?
Can someone buy 3000 tickets and win ? is there only 20 tickets permitted on the lotto ?
Why does it say last 20 tickets if I have purchased 30 ?
Are all 30 active ? and will one of the 30 win ? or will it only permit 20 ?

it will only show the last 20. All the ones you bought will be active and will be in the draw. I will see if i can change the wording

Make The Numbers Less, so People Can Win The Lotto, and reduce the pot amount.
