nice, have you ever heard of squirlz? it makes the whole water animation easy as pie. you could have alot of fun with it, i think it is windows only though.

I dont like its rain or snow but its water reflection parts are really good. Doesnt raise the size too much either. |
Did you know you can do those in photoshop too? 
Size goes up with the number of layers and number of animations and size of image (pixels). |
Oh ya, was never able to get a good ripple or rain dropping into water effect on ps, found that because someone did this kickass handbrushed landscape picture. and their water was really good and i asked them how and they directed me towards squirlz. Like i said, i was surprised by how little it changed some of the different things i was messing with's size. of course the bigger the picture the larger the size and longer load time but for smaller things you cant beat the quickness of it. Just trying to pass on knowledge that was given to me
P.S. if photoshop can do the rippling and the wave-ness of water. do you know of any articles on it that you could maybe direct me towards. Thank you

sorry most of those signatures look very simple
you don't follow basic principles
tons of them are just copy pasted renders on same backgrounds
