I can't count how many threads and FAQ's I just read through to try and figure out how to leave reputation. Needless to say, I couldn't find it.

I already had my first transaction with another member about an hour after I started, and would like to leave feedback, but have no clue.

I heard there was a minimum post # (15?), but at this point I meet that requirement.
