It was turned off due to excessive spamming in the first place, when the polish section came it was assumed to follow a similar path.
Now that the fg is turned off we do not care about the spam so much. I am currently asking a few people around the forums to translate a list of rules into all the languages we host, to keep users knowledgeable.

well at least 0.1fg would be fine, it's fair amount imo.
Why any at all though? Especially when 90% is spam anyway, and other than that you get fg in the rest of the forum, and I have seen a large increase in the forum's posting anyway, I don't think fg per post is a problem especially when you spam in it a lot.

Which is fine, it's fine to spam in international, as long as you have no fg per post. Leads to fg displacement.
