OGame is a game of intergalactic conquest.
You start out with just one undeveloped world and turn that into a mighty empire able to defend your hard earned colonies.
Create an economic and military infrastructure to support your quest for the next greatest technological achievements.
Wage war against other empires as you struggle with other players to gain the materials.
Negotiate with other emperors and create an alliance or trade for much needed resources.
Build an armada to enforce your will throughout the universe.
Hoard your resources behind an impregnable wall of planetary defences.
Whatever you wish to do, OGame can let you do it.
Will you terrorize the area around you? Or will you strike fear into the hearts of those who attack the helpless?

i used to play, once i've been even in top 200 but that was during holidays and i set the vacation on and after there was no sence to continue, i decided not to play any more.

honestly its alot like LoGD in a way, you only have to play it every once in awhile, i mean if you want to be number 1 you may have to play more but for just sh^ts and giggles playing once a day is fun

This game ruined my life... Honestly rofl, I used to sit and watch my ships come back for like 4 hours. I played on Uni 8, 18, and 35, not sure if my accounts still exist, heard they just updated it to and now it sucks

not if you play in a peaceful universe, back in the day universe 8 was filled with almost nothing but friends so we wouldnt attack each other unless both parties agreed, turned regular ogame into kickass ogame because we used to hold tournaments for fg. and if someone decided not to follow the rules they had damn near a million ships at the edge of their planet lol but hell i was like 14-15 or something like that, that was back when i was in HoD on a certain other website

Rofl, all friends? My old group of buds in iA were getting farmed daily by Cats and all their sub-divisions. I was lucky to stay over 37k points ><, I was so addicted I'd be playing it at school, as soon as I got home I'd be watching the stupid screen for 8 hours straight to make sure someone from Kittens wasn't attacking me...
