It's depend how thin wire you want to have, but i shoot 160 m.

The mass of one gold atom is about 197 u.

That means that 1 gram gold consist of 6,022*10^23/197 = 3,056...*10^21 gold atoms.

A gold atoms radius is about 135 pm = 135*10^-12 meter.

So if you put all of the atoms in a line it should be about 135*10^-12 * 3,056...*10^21 = 4,126...*10^11 meters long.
