Jakiś czas temu wynająłem osobe prywatną aby wykonała mi gładź. Ustaliliśmy zakres pracy, cenę itd jednak wszystko bez żadnej umowy. Po około 2 miesiącach inna ekipa wykonala tynk ozdobny na tej samej ścianie. Minęło jeszcze 2 tytgodnie i wszystko zaczelo pękać i być "głuche". Zaprosiłem do siebie pana, który robił gładź i powiedziałem, że musi poprawić swoją robote i oczywiście tynk ozdobny. Stwierdził, że nie poprawi nic a o zwrocie kosztów nawet nie chciał słuchać.
Czy jest możliwe że wygram sprawę w sądzie i odzyskam pieniądze wraz z kosztami założenia sprawy jeśli nie mam żadnej umowy??
