Amazing condition and rusted out, isn't that a little contradicting? Unless you consider rust amazing maybe.

if your good with cars then its not a bad deal... the pieces that seem to be messed up arent too terribly expensive and as long as you do it yourself it turns into a fun project and cheap labor...

as long as there arent any hidden problems you can probably be driving it with about 7 grand sunk into it. that including breaks and tires and rims and some extra for just incase,

make sure you check it out better sometime make sure it runs without any like clinking noises or anything and make sure to check underneath the floor mats and stuff to make sure your frame is sound, you dont want holes.. the fact that pieces are rusted out means that there could be hidden rust.

the exhaust, i dont know prices on that but as long as you go for some stock exhaust sytem you should be able to get it cheap, you want performance gear and you might end up with more into it..

all in all, its not my type of vehicle but its not a terrible deal... try to jew him down some too... dont just accept the asking price. go up with cash and be like "ill give you 4grand right now cash" just go up in 500$ increments hopefully you can get it cheaper than the asking. dont push too hard though, you can turn off the seller from the deal

good luck mi amigo

4x4 or 2x4 ? if the frame is as rusty as the exhaust and the shackles are rusted out, it's not worth it.
