Are those a bit fast? Because most HTTP proxies I found don't even load at all unsure

There are hundreds of lists posted daily, you just need to test them using a free online checker:

http://checker.freeproxy.ru/checker

Test them with like a 3 second timeout as an HTTP proxy.
