If Internet Explorer:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Cookies\
Vista: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\
Not sure about 7
Chrome: use Chromes built in cookie manager
Settings -> Options -> Under the Hood -> Content Settings -> Show Cookies and Other Site Data
Firefox:
Not a clue... _____________________

thx for the help. but i use xp and i tried docs n settings/ username/ and there is no cookies or cookies folder in all users, default user, or my name user.
and as for fire fox way i don't care very much for fire fox. it is nicer and faster for some of my web sites i use
but i use internet explorer for d3jsp because it won't let me log in on fire fox. idk why but its stupid. i use firefox for d2jsp and games. and d3jsp for bills, d3jsp, netflix. and others.
i really need help finding cookies cause i need to remove a few of them.
edit: i think i would like to remove cookies from fire fox along with some from internet explorer.
but i can't find the extras / delete xx stuff.

ok, if you use windows go to
Start Menu> Run> type "cookies"
or
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
OR
go to control panel >internet options > (this spot is blank in my mind, its a tab though.. i use mac now ) > View files (its on the tab i cant remember)> it will show you a detailed history + cookies and such.
As for the resetting your ip, sometimes this works for me.
unplug modem > unplug router > plug motor in and let it boot fully> plug router in and let boot fully> connect to internet > start menu > run > type "cmd" > Type "Ipconfig" and note your ip address>type iprelease > type iprenew > check your ip again with ipconfig.
good luck _____________________

i just did that on the ip part.
i did config release.
turned off internet and unplugged my router.
went to bed, around 11pm-1am.
then around noon next day i turned computer on.
plugged in power cord and turned on router.
got internet access
config renew.
and it seems my ip didn't change. i am working on getting a 2nd computer, just a cheap one. _____________________
