yes, the old and updated gmod have TMC and FC implimented.
Or you can try bluevex's fc plugin.

if you want lcm, use the 1.13 gmod. Its somewhere on eon.
I think there is a redvex plugin that enables lcm, im not quite sure.

well last time i used it, fc wasnt detectable 2 the best of my knowledge
i can only play hammer with left click tele thts all
