It will be 100% free after you purchase the game,because Server is Battle.net
and it always is free. I just hope they don't screw it up like they did with Diablo 2, and dupes/glitches
are fixed in time, so they don't ruin the game. Really hope that they will be serious about this game. I am buying it for sure.

I can 110% whole heartedly guarantee there will be NO monthly fee's to play Diablo 3 online.

Here's the proof:

Blizzard keeps its franchise's true to each one. D2 was a ftp HnS RPG and so will be diablo 3. It's not World of Diablo smile

They already announced they are reducing players from 8 per game to 4 for more strategic + involving gameplay (imo this is a fantastic idea).

The only reason MMORPG's have a jusified monthly fee is because you can stand in 1 place with everyone online - and the server simply just has to deal with it. Obviously this will cause a worldwide crash of xxxx server but - the point is, your paying for absolutely no restrictions. If you want every player online to get outside org and type /dance then indeed you can. This requires one massive server rather than loads of smaller ones battle.net provides.

No monthly fee I promise smile
