watched the first three already.never got around to ghost in the shell.didn't bother with akira.never heard of ninja scroll and i know quite abit of anime just so you know

Well trigun wasn't all that bad got my gamer tag from that anime series. "Knives" Drawing wasn't all the great though but its the quality of anime is what counts.

you never heard of ninja scroll??? i know some people who watch it... its so much more bloodier then any other anime stuff...

what do you consider "true anime"? lol. the genre range is so broad, so it's all depending on taste. it's all about access, so i guess alot of these guys don't know about the more obscure stories. maybe you're sayin not to conform to the mainstream, lol.
samurai champloo was mainly good cuz of fighting quality, story wasn't too good. ninja scroll = over hyped..what's so good about it? ive seen it many times, and its mediocre to me.
everyone likes the main 3: naruto, bleach, one piece.
you guys should check these out though:
twelve kingdoms 9.5/10
samurai 7 8.7/10
death note 9.4/10
claymore 8.5/10
escaflowne 9.6/10
pumpkin scissors 8/10
on an interesting note, escaflowne used to be on fox kids..but i heard they canceled it b/c the story was getting too mature for kids, haha. that's too bad.

only one i haven't watched is pumpkin scissors and twelve kingdoms.Too bad they stopped producing claymore cause the manga is finally getting interesting XD

yeah, i hated the episode ending for claymore..just kind of left it out there o.O.
the manga is still going?! i remember my buddy checked it a while back..and he said it was all weird and not in sync with the episode story..so i didn't even bother.
pumpkin scissors is kind of the same way, but the series overall is pretty decent.
as for twelve kingdoms, the story gets reaaally in depth. alot of indirect political problems you see nations have with each other. don't wanna spoil much though. just check it out  |
