d2jsp has AUTO IP manipulation.
In more simple words:
If an account, regardless of when it was created, how reputable it was/is etc etc is passed on to another registrant, other then the primary creator of the account. the account is subject to ban.
It's stated in the agreement when you click agree.
This method is simply crosschecked with the Ip that the account had been created on, and the ip of the (same) account that the new user is logging into.
IMO
save yourself the trouble of getting banned after spending X amount of $'s on something that will be rejected soon if not instantly and jump through d2jsp's rings of fire and create a new account and wait it out, or continue posting here and establish yourself in a growing community with a better understanding
the choice is up to you

this is not a relevant diablo discussion thread closed. try reposting in general help
to answer your question though. d3jsp does not support selling/trading of accounts or forum currencies from other sites but is allowed here. on the other hand speaking about d2jsp it is illegal no matter what site you buy from to buy/sell forum currencies and/or accounts. you may get caught and you may get banned from that site.
if you still want to try, try in our selling and trading forum only
