wow i'm jealous tram.. my new one's got 2gb(vista.. oh how i hate vista). The one i play d2 on only has 256mb( due to vista and d2 not liking each other).

I plan on upgrading to 2 or 4 gigs, my friend offered me like 2gigs for only 30 bucks, and he would install it for free.
I don't have any problems running Diablo 2 or any of my Half Life 2 games, but I can't run any dedicated servers, and it takes a little extra time to download maps.

I get "unhandled exceptions" when i tried to play d2 on my new comp (vista sucks.. i wish i had opted for xp when i bought it)

RAM is pretty cheap nowadays, 2gb is becoming the mainstream and 4gb's not far behind. |

I got 500 mb of ram but 2gig of virtual ram! I can run 3x d2 windows at once and I am on dial up!

Dedicate 2Gig for virtual ram .. you'll see a difference .... all you do is make a 2Gig partition and set the up the virtual ram there! Cost = Free!
