Well they disabled my account without any valid reason. so i decided to chargeback and watch the email they gave me.
We are already faxing them your information, your ID, and your full
transactional logs that show you spent what you purchased. We are going to
press charges against you, and see that you serve jail time for your
attempts to steal from our business with this fraudulent claim on Paypal.
You will receive no further replies from us. Your account is now
permanently banned per your actions. You will have to wait until court for
further contact from us.

Just call him out, if you email him he'll curse you out, been there done that, tell him to hire lawyers to sue your ass for that $20, see his response, piss him off as much as possible, if you don't I want to do it personally.
