speeding ticket in america question

i got a speeding ticket last month in Utah. I was handed the ticket, no price, but told to call a number within 15 days. i called 16 days. $620.00. can do payments if needed. I live in California. If I don't pay the ticket they could put a warrant out for my arrest. I heard from one person that the warrant is only in Utah, that they won't come to California for me. But that I can never go back to Utah again if I don't pay it.

I want to know is will my insurance ever find out I got the speeding ticket, will my city police know there is a warrant out for me in Utah? I am just wondering cause I have to make a payment today and I am thinking of saying screw it. I hate Utah. If it wasn't for the shitty air port and their stupidity I wouldn't have even drove that day. I was delayed 2 hours at a time for 8 hours till they cancelled my flight.

If anything they would suspend your license until you pay, they won't arrest you I wouldn't think.
