i loooove duck lol.
my plans consist of a quick botanical harvest followed by a journey to all my friends houses one by one to share the bounty. Then ill probably eat some turkey somewhere and pass out, wake up and go see muh baby after thanksgiving ( i am no longer allowed in her house because her parents found a condom on their bed.... parents are away might as well mix it up lmao) but i know i work a 12 hour shift on thanksgiving night, 7pm to 7am and i get double time.. WOOT lol

we did it in one of those old school black metal smoke grill thingies. i made up an orange marmalade sauce, and brushed it half way through and all the way to the end. it made a sweet crunchy crust, with a slightly salty undertone with a good solid hickory taste mixed with the texture and taste of the duck.. i took a bite and damn near had to change my pants.
different topic.. but, its official. muh baby makes the best pumpkin roll!
the very first bite of it, i straight dropped to the floor and begged for more lmao
