Because using proxies from Sweden and China is hard right? It's not like it takes a genius to use SQLi on some site that wasn't scripted properly. If he WAS a good hacker he wouldn't be wasting his time here.

Phpmannen. is not some hillbilly. he took atleast 30k $ out from njaguar. i would almost dare to say that's a pretty good ammount for a child as you say?
He aint the biggest hacker NO. but surely he can do alot of damage.

He's about as big a hacker as anyone else who knows how to go to Google and search for the term: "inurl:news.php?id=" and test for vulnerabilities then copy and paste the URL in a program that does all the work for him. If he manages to get a site with 30k accounts, and he can decrypt for example 23k of the passwords, then in the end gets access to 11k emails WITH PayPal attached, good for him, he has 11k PayPal accounts.
30k$ divided by the 11k PayPal accounts he could possibly have access to = absolutely nothing rofl.
I can at least give him credit for knowing how to use a proxy.
You guys honestly don't understand how SIMPLE this is to do and how frequently it happens rofl.

And I know no one cares, but I'm just trying to show people that this kid knows just about as much as anyone else who knows how to use Google. I'm very up on security and things like this and have fooled around with it before as well (I didn't steal money though, I just tested a few sites for vulnerabilities and honestly, about 1 in 30 I tested had a vulnerability), only difference between me and him, I contacted the administrators and warned them about it instead of misusing it.

VPN <> Proxy, plenty of similarities, only difference is a VPN masks your entire computers connection and not just HTTP(S) requests. (Presuming he's using an HTTP proxy and not a SOCKS proxy).
