^ Taken about 4 months ago, weighed in at close to 245 :|
This is when I first signed up to my gym. Next to no muscle mass or anything.
^ This was taken today December 6, 2010 and I am weighing it at 212 on the dot.
^^ This is my group of friends and it was taken roughly a month and a half ago.
^ And these are just me messing around at the gym today. My friend wanted to take some shots so I was like sure.
This is my progress of the last 4 months and I am proud of myself.
It wasn't easy but It's definitely worth it
The sweat, the tears and in some cases the blood.
I won't give up on my goal to be in the best shape of my life and maintain it for the years to come.
Everyone has their opinions and is entitled to it. Just keep it forum friendly and if you have any progress photo's or progress stories then post them up I am eager to see other's results as well. _____________________

You should cut man>> Get those abdominal muscles visible and you'll have the ladies running circles around you. What is your current weight for Bench-Press, Incline Bench-Press, Dumbbell Curl, Skull Crushers, Atg or Box Squats, Deadlift, Shoulder Press, and Power Clean?
