Believe it or not that might be a guy, its a pretty big thing for jrock guy bands to cross dress over there. You won't be able to tell the difference unless your very knowledgable. That hair is pretty real as well, plenty of people do that over there. Fashion over there is definately ahead of other countries.
My girlfriend is really into fashion, so yeah its pretty crazy over there.
