He is. Toyota has won a major award for discovering this. Right now my speakers dont work so I cant listen to the video, but I think that is what they are talking about. As a side note, they have also figured out how to make a waterpowered blowtorch that can cut through metal without even singing your skin.

i wonder if dirty water works as well... cause then people could use waste water as car gas lol...
