hey fletch how tall are you? i am 6'1" 200 pounds. my goal is to get back down to 170ish. ive already started working out. right now i am just warming the warm up. getting to know where the machines are at my new gym, what machines do what best. and getting my diet in order. i am ridding of all bad for you food. by eating it of course. i am all out of soda. so water, milk and juice for drinks. if you need any advice on how to flatten that stomach let me know. my stomach looks about same as #1 pic up there. but give me till feb or march and i will be at my goal.

my biggest hardest goal is to get the mile and half down to 12 minutes or less. that is boot camp stats. i am a ex-smoker of cigs of 11 years. recently quit smoking a year ago. i am still openning my lungs back up from the tar and crap from smoking. but doing what i can to open my lungs. my girlfriend loves all the effort i am doing to get the body back that i had when she first met me. she wants to loss 5 to 10 pounds. she has already lost some weight, either that or moved it around a little. the right areas are going down. and the top 1 of 2 areas are staying nice and big. only problem is she is lossing her butt, grrr. lol. oh well, its still how i like it. do some lunges and that will finish the butt nicely. id post a pic of me current but i am not happy with it atm. but once i get down to like 180 i will post pics. i will start taking pics of current, and process...

Keep it up. Keep the milk drinking to 1cup a day and drink as much water as you can.

The key to losing water weight is drinking a lot of water. Who would have knew? LOL

to lose water weight is to drink water? really? thats interesting. ill tell my girlfriend. maybe that could be the other reason my pants are loose this morning. the past 2 days i been drinking water. and she has been drinking nothing but water for the past 2 weeks. she finally got braces, her parents never got them for her. so sucks for her. going threw the pain now of braces and she can't eat or drink anything. no soda, no candy, no pop corn. she was able to eat spaggitti so not too bad.

alright well i am going to take off. i am at work and i can't stand the person who just walked in so i am done for the day.

You should list what you're lifting for the basics
Squats/Bench/Deadlifts/and so on and in a few months update it and see how much you've progressed.

Also no.. I have stars on my back though derisive I'll show you in 3 months when I post result pictures next..

My max bench is 225 - 5 reps.
Max squat is 3 305 4 reps
max dead life i ever have done was 305 just for 2 reps though. i was mad because i shattered my iphone screen lmao..
I am not going for bulk so i have lowered my weight and am just focusing on reps..
