after this saturday someone track my ip. i use 3 different ips. and they are all me.
work, roommate's house, my new apt.
don't unlock nalyudalovka. no one should use ur acct but urself. i believe someone else using your acct is illegal.
lock, scammer, ban.

is sharing acct illegal or not? if it is not illegal to share acct. then i will share my acct with someone and let them scam on my name. then i will come back and say it wasn't me, i shared my acct.

then Nablyudalovka should stay locked. he agrees he scammed. only way i say you can be unlocked is if he is to pay his debt.
but even then. he should still be locked and marked as scammer due to letting someone use his acct and the acct user used his acct to scam...
