is it possible for me to set up a computer, so it would skip loading windows, deny access to anything but maybe one folder or a menu
and be able to run a emulator off of a pc, without windows, or without utilizing windows, and forcing it to the background?
when i say emulator, i mean a program used for staging other platforms as if it were a different machine
like emulating a disk drive to utilize ISO images, or playing psp videos on a desktop, emulating a psp.

i miss those soo much. used to emulates at school. I used to play like mario kart mainly. was soo much fun.
when i was on the computer that i was the pascal programming class, i was the teacher's ad. so on my own computer i had some game i can't remember the name too much. was like something tourturment. idk. was fun. also played GTA 3 or something too.
