I got suspended for 7 days for trying to help my friend in a way that is within the rule guidelines of d2jsp.

I posted in general help, since Paul doesn't email back my friend.

you're like 14 years old aren't you? i can't imagine your friend has that much money where he can sue someone over nonsense. i can't imagine there is a lawyer that would even take that case actually.

It doesnt really matter,you wouldnt be able to sue for it anyways all he had to do is make some Bullshit excuse or even update his rules, just like Basi said no lawyer would even take the case

Well, apparently one would because Dan already talked to his lawyer about it.

He basically stole $500 from him, that's a viable suit right there briggrin

Regardless if Dan wins or not, Paul will still have to spend money on a lawyer etc.

The only reason it will be taken into court as an actual case, is because Paul knows Dan's payment method, he has purchased a lot of fg prior as well with no problems, yet Paul won't help him get his account back as well as not refunding.
If he got his account back, everything would be fine.

its hard for companies like VB,IPB to even get "their" lawyers to get their pirated versions taken down from US servers,even the user who uses them wont get a fine they will just go to the owner of the server and sometimes thats not even enough so i say good luck on a case like this,chances of him winning are less than 1%

why are we still talking here lol? first of all paul didn't steal anything, all payments are "Donations". you think he came up with that word by chance? no used that word for 2 reasons
1. nobody can sue him after getting screwed outa their fg because they're donating purely to tell paul how nice a site he is running (read the donation faq)
2. you can write if off in taxes, giving more incentive to buy fg from him

if you're friend didn't pay for the fg and he was hacked, then suing paul will get him nowhere, he should be taking it up with his bank obviously.

which is why your friend (if this is true) and this thread is a fail :/
