Long story short,

I am trying to make a custom survey for like auto shops, or other businesses.

Right now I have in front of my a custom survey for a doctor's office.

I am currently just a Data Control Specialist.

But my low boss and I are working on slowing taking the business from the top 2 owners.


Here are a few example questions from doctor's survey

some of those questions I wrote I could keep and just reword a little bit to make so we are talking about your car getting worked on instead of you.

Once my survey is made and shown to the boss, will have couple other friends proof it and make sure looks nice. Then will take to couple shops and ask if they want us to survey their business.



the reason we do custom survey reporting for offices is to help the office or whatever they do to improve their work and to help make sure the customers or patients are happy with their services.


the 2 top current owners made over 850k for 2010. But split in half for the 2 of them. They made around 425k each. that is 33k a month. thats more than I make in a year. So my boss and I are going to steal the business, and the 2 current owners are old so they won't live to see us take it in due time.

plan is in 5 years the company will be fully ours.

idk. name ur price. i have to safe the 2k i have currently for i am offering it for a sig, but sig isn't quite finished yet.


not too much, i guess like 5fg per question you guys post here that i think would be a good question to put in the survey.


2-5fg per question. if you can give me 1-5 ill pay 2fg each. 6-10 4fg each. 11-15 6fg each. 16-20 10fg each.

if by chance can give me 25 questions or more and i decide i like 21 or more of them ill give 100fg bonus.


but just because you put a question does not mean you will get fg. and repeating questions, or putting questions someone else already put won't get any fg.

must be new question and first to put it. and if you do an edit and add in questions you won't get fg for the edit but you will get reps if you help me a lot.

right now i have 351fg up for grabs if someone does it all for me. i am at work right now and have been on the click since 10am. been here 2 hours and havn't done a freaking thing, but getting paid.
