just spent 40 minutes reading that thread and all the other scam threads associated with him. seems he was banned because of his history more so than that actual case because there isn't enough evidence in that case that he did anything wrong in the first place. this quote summarizes things nicely

pinko was willing to give his pokerstars account with 1 grand on it to a mediator in an attempt to refund the guy in the OP who claims was scammed by pinko, but that wasn't enough for OP. he wanted the d2jsp account or nothing. that tells you who scammed who imo. |

well it's pretty obvious in the (last s/a anyway) that pinko was the victim and the guy in the OP was the scammer. he took advantage of pinkos scarred rep and setup a trade in which he would (hopefully) get his PS account locked and it worked. then when everything was in place to return the original goods the OP dodged and said no "fuck that i just want the account," so he could get the acct and his money back.
pretty smart though |

imo scammers should just be banned.
But he had another chance.
Came back and was scammed and made to look like he was the scammer?
Well, karma.
Maybe he shouldn't be banned because of this, but he should have stayed banned when he scammed the first time.

not all the proof that existed was posted in that thread some of it was privatly seen by only the staff team
that also was taken into consideration when that ban toke place
also he should of never been unbanned to begin with chase repayed pinkos scams for him cause chase wanted him to have a secondary chance
really though pinko just kept trying to do stuff pinko if he was still here would of scammed a few more times by now. |
