Nice. Did mine in January. Clean the area under the spacebar pretty often though (that's where it all seems to end up). _____________________

Don't think I've ever cleaned a keyboard in my life. Usually end up getting a virus and getting a new computer/laptop setup before cleaning is required.. _____________________

did you skimp on the apple care?

because if the underside of your keys are messy then your pretty much fucked.. unless you take it to the genius bar (open it up yourself and you void any warranties).

other than that, the tops of my keys get dirty and i just take a washcloth with rubbing alcohol and wipe it down. gets rid of any of the gunk.

if you have apple care though. just send it back and make them clean it for you tongue

if you want your comp cleaned.. they pay for it.. if you break something.. they pay for it. its a nice system lol..

the school bought 3 years for my macbook pro, i use it frequently... anytime my drive starts sounding grindy or something goes wrong (i spilt a bong on it once and fried my ram cards lol) i just send it in and boom.. sent back brandy new

how do i go about doing this? just go to the local apple store and say hey i want to pay 30 bucks and get apple care?

apple store or genius bar.. just walk up and you will see the little booklets everywhere on the counter.. just pick one up and buy it or ask them about buying the apple care plan.... while your there you could take your laptop and see if they will clean it for free. they may, they do the simple stuff for free all the time.

i used to have one that i couldnt take screen shots anymore because i used to rest my cigarettes between the print screen and the button beside it when i was ubering or baaling. baaling especially burnt holes in my keyboard, trying to grab the drops before the randos did lmao
