if you wanna be fair he should have been banned long before he was actually banned (apparently due to his other scams). he acknowledged that he wasn't allowed in s/t yet he chose to go back anyway. that itself could have been the grounds to ban him, even if he was innocent in his last s/a (which i think he was)

It seems that staff banned him because of his priors. Think of it like this, He had plenty of d.u.i.'s and other abuses, but no one put him in jail long enough. chase paid hes prior scams, he gained back hes right so he could use the s/t, tram asked why was he using s/t, pinko pmed tram, after that nobody tried to stop pinko for posting in s/t, later a guy posts a s/a against him they try to solve it but happyguy ban him and dont let them finish the trade, theres no justice in that

it's kinda he said she said. pinko said he thought he was allowed, tram said he had numerous warnings not to even click on the forum. since tram is the boss his word wins, especially since neither side had much proof of guilt or innocence.
